Ron and Christina Smith of Hoisington will celebrate their 40th anniversary on June 7, with a card shower. Family and friends are welcome to celebrate with the couple and their daughter following Saturday evening church on June 6, at their home.
Christina Gnad and Ron Smith were united in marriage on June 7, 1975, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Hoisington. Ron has been employed at Kansas Brick and Tile for 44 years. Christina has been employed at First Kansas Bank for 10 years. The couple has one daughter, Wendy Carr of Shawnee.
