Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake
Bretly Steinert, a 1st grade student at Roosevelt Grade School in Hoisington, was the top fundraiser for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake held on April 27 at the Walnut Bowl in Great Bend. He collected $557, including a small contribution of his own money he raised working for his grandmother. Pictured is Diane Shoemaker, Area Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters, presenting the top prize, a TV donated by Cornerstone Automotive to Bretly. Second place fundraiser was Amy Hofeling, with Farmers Bank & Trust team. She received an Android tablet donated by Bauer Computers.
