Elsena Bender will celebrate her 90th birthday on Nov. 25, with a family dinner hosted by her nine children. Elsena grew up in a rural home south of Russell and has been a Great Bend resident since 1951. Elsena still enjoys many hobbies such as gardening, card playing,
and water aerobics. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
