Maxine Rogers will celebrate her 101st birthday on March 27 with a card shower.
Maxine was born March 27, 1911, in Larned. She married Preston Rogers on Jan. 2, 1932. He died May 3, 1988. She was co-owner of two restaurants and owner of Roger’s Aquarium, all in Great Bend. She has volunteered at the Senior Center for 30 years.
