Wilbur Cotten will celebrate his 95th birthday with a family dinner.
Wilbur was born on April 3, 1921, in Rooks County. He was a driller and tool pusher before retiring in 1991. His wife Joyce died in January 1977. He has five children, Janet Dayton of Great Bend, Joe Cotten of Hoisington, Jeff Cotten of Susank, Jodi Snyder of Rosamond, Calif. and the late Jennifer Marsh; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
