Wayne and Brooke Cook announce the birth of their son, Laken Lawrence Cook, on Oct. 30 at Great Bend Regional Hospital. He weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19 in. long.
Grandparents are Keith and Connie Miller of Ellinwood, and Wes and Janiece Cook and Diane Cook, all of Plainville. Great-grandparents are Catherine Birzer of Ellinwood, Gaylyn Andrews of Stockton, Carl and Evelyn Miller of Ellinwood, Vesta and Walter Cook, Orville Foss, Florent and Josie Bellerive of Plainville, Eldon Andrews of Stockton and the late Lawrence Birzer.
