Zachary Cook announced the birth of his baby sister, Allison Jo Cook. Born Sept. 23, she weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and  was 20 1/2 in. long. Parents are Tim and Jo Ann Cook of Westminster, Colo. 
Maternal grandparents are Mike and Debbie Volavka, Caldwell. Paternal grandparents are Terry and Cindy Cook of Cheyenne, Wyo.
Maternal great-grandparents are Joe and BarBara Wright of Anthony and Bob and Judy Siemsen of Holyrood. Paternal great-grandfather is Ernest Hawes of Albion, Maine. Uncles are Kevin Volavka, Milton and Lyle Volavka, Caldwell.
