Kevin and Kim Frisch of Washington D.C. announce the birth of their daughter, Madeleine Ann Frisch on July 16 at the New York University Hospital in New York, N.Y. She weighed six lbs. 7 oz. and was  20 1/2 in. long. She has a big brother, Aidan August Frisch.
Grandparents are Charles and Mary Backman of Great Bend and the late Jack Russell, Carole Frisch of Pinehurst, N.C. and the late August Frisch.
