A Golden Wedding Anniversary marks 50 year of marital bliss for Charles and Mary Skolaut of Great Bend. The couple were united in marriage on June 22, 1973, in a double ring ceremony at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Great Bend.
A celebration was hosted by their daughters, Elizabeth Schmidt and Angie Harvey, and son-in-law Flynn Harvey at the Harvey home in Liberty, Mo. Attending the celebration were the couple’s five grandchildren, Connor, Dylan, Brianna Schmidt of Eudora and Carson and Tucker Harvey of Liberty, Mo. plus other family friends. The couple reside at 1318 Bradley Road in Great Bend.
