Claflin UMC doubles down on pancakes
tribune_church_news.jpg

Claflin United Methodist Church has extended its 63rd Annual Pancake & Sausage supper to a two-day event.

It was originally scheduled for 4:30-7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31. Member Pam Atteberry said that due to the weather, some school activities were moved to this Saturday, which might adversely affect the supper crowd. So, they have extended the meal to include Sunday, Feb. 1, from noon to 1:30, to allow everyone the opportunity to come if they want to.

Freewill offerings will be accepted and cary-out will be available.

The church is located at 120 3rd St. in Claflin.

Fresh frozen sausage patties are to purchase while supplies last.
