On Saturday, March 23, five Barton County 4-H air rifle participants braved the weather and traveled to Cimarron to compete in the Gray County Air Rifle Match.
In the 11 and 12 year old age division, Parker Smith of Great Ben placed 1st. Katelyn Reh of Ellinwood placed 2nd.
In the 13 and 14 year old division, Lake Lyman of Ellinwood placed 1st.
In the 15 to 18 year old division, Ryan Kohman from Great Bend placed 2nd. Jake Kohman of Great Bend placed 4th.
The Barton County team of Ryan Kohman, Parker Smith, Lake Lyman and Jake Kohman placed 1st.
This was the last county level match of the season. Their next match will be the State Competition in mid-April.
