The 2016 Kansas Lions Club State Concert Band was held from May 31, to June 4, at the Baker University in Baldwin City. The Band was directed
by Dr. Frank Perez, Director of Band, Baker University.
Seven students from Great Bend High School were sponsored by the Great Bend Noon Club and the Great Bend Evening Club.
Students attending from Great Bend were Kaitlin Adams, Robert Brining, Brandon Crane, Liza Marlow, Kaia Parks, Allison Regehr, and Aaron Schultz.
The week long session concluded with a Saturday morning concert at the Baker University.
