League of Women Voters of Great Bend will hold the monthly meeting at noon on Tuesday at Classic Inn. Lunch will be from the buffet or the menu.
The program will be given by Laura Patzner form the Family Crisis Center. She will be discussing the problems that arise in families particularly at this season of the year. A description of the physical facilities and the programs the shelter offers to families in need will be examined. It has been suggested that we should bring to the meeting, donations of feminine products in particular. Contributions of money are always welcome. Time will be allowed for questions from the floor and anyone may enter into the discussion.
All League members are encouraged to attend and participate. Lunch is informal and dialog is always expected. Guests, both men and women, are welcome. League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state, and local issues of importance. Membership is open to both men and women.
