League of Women Voters of Great Bend will hold the monthly meeting at noon on Tuesday at Classic Inn. Lunch will be from the buffet or the menu.
The program will be given by Vicki Dayton from Housing Opportunities, Inc. of Great Bend. She will be presenting the history of low cost housing in the area. They build and maintain low cost apartments, condos, and duplexes. How one qualifies for these living quarters is an interesting process. They are in the process of building more, and some of the qualifications have changed.
the public is invited to learn what can be done and what is available. Time will be allowed for questions from the floor.
All League members are encouraged to attend and participate. Lunch is informal and dialog is always expected. Guests, both men and women, are welcome.
