League of Women Voters of Great Bend will meet at noon on Tuesday at Classic Inn.
The program will be provided by Julie Kramp, executive director of The Center for Counseling. She will address all of the services they provide for Barton County as well as the other counties under their jurisdiction. She has statistics about how many cases they handle at any one time and the various types of cases they see on a regular basis. The funding has been hurt in the last few years but they are still offering as much help as they can. The floor is open to questions.
Lunch will be available from the buffet or menu. Meetings are open to the public. League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state and local issues of importance. Membership is open to men and women.
