Lions Club broom sales
Elwyn Maneth, president of the Great Bend Evening Lions Club, thanks Art Saylor, and Rod Cushenbery both of Albert, for their support of Lions Club broom sales. Sales of these brooms, most made in the USA, help support the Lions Club scholarships, and sight conservation efforts. With his new broom in hand, Mr. Saylor commented, A new broom sweeps clean, but an old broom rides well.
