The Evening Lions Club is refinishing the Lions Emblems on the highway entrance to Great Bend. This is a project that was recommended by Lions International as a Legacy Project, since the Lions organization was founded 100 years ago in 1917, with the only thought of helping people who need help. They help the people in need with eye care, scholarships, and a whole lot more. Today the Organization is 1.4 million strong with clubs through out the world in over 210 counties.
