League of Women Voters of Great Bend will meet at noon Tuesday at Classic Inn. Lunch will be from the buffet or the menu.
The program will be provided by Jean Aycock, education director of the Kansas Wetlands Education Center. Her program will be “Summer at the Bottoms.” There are many interesting things happening at Cheyenne Bottoms over the summer months as well as each change of season.
The floor is always open if you have questions about anything you are interested in about the “Bottoms.”
The public may attend, and time will be allotted for questions and comments.
All League members are encouraged to attend and participate. League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state and local issues of importance. Membership is open to both men and women.
