Fort Larned Chapter of National Society Daughters of the American Revolution met on April 9. Sharon Webster shared with the group what she has read from the book written by Brad Meltzer and Josh Mensch, “The First Conspiracy: The Secret Plot to Kill George Washington.” The book review will be continued in May.

Regent Donna Campbell talked about the veterans coffee at Country Living sponsored by Kindred Hospice.

The next meeting for the Fort Larned Chapter NSDAR will be May 14 at Jordaan Memorial Library in Larned. The Fort Larned Chapter NSDAR includes Pawnee, Edwards and Barton counties.
