Trace Ritterhouse

Ellinwood School-Community Library Student Library Assistant Gracyn Dombroski will be focusing on different Ellinwood High School seniors throughout the year to spotlight, and this will be featured in our Check It Out column.

Today we have two Senior Spotlights – Trace Ritterhouse and Tia Southerland.

Trace is a senior at EHS. His family members are Sandra, Rella, Kaden, Devin and Lyle. “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” is Trace’s favorite book. His favorite quote is, “Life is like riding a bicycle; to keep your balance, you must keep moving.”

Trace’s plan after high school is to go into construction and roofing. His favorite teacher is Mrs. Fisher “because they cook and have a good time in class.” What makes EHS special to him is the teachers and staff because they help you. We wish Trace a great year in his senior chapter!

Tia is a senior at EHS. Her family members are Crystal, Tina and Taylor. Her favorite quote is, “We can do anything that we want to do” from Blues Clues.

Tia’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Fischer, “because she treats us like we are more than just students.” Her favorite class is Eagles, because it’s at the end of the day. Something you might not know about Tia is that she has 12 cats and one dog. We wish Tia a great year in her senior chapter!
