ELLINWOOD – Ellinwood School and Community Library Student Library Assistant Gracyn Dombroski will be focusing on different Ellinwood High School seniors throughout the year to spotlight, and this will be featured in our Check It Out column. Today we have two Senior Spotlights. Today’s Senior Spotlights are Logan Panning and Conner Scheck.

Panning is a senior at EHS. His family members are Patricia, Ryan, Brooke, Allison, and Kaitlyn. His favorite book is “Can’t Hurt Me” because it’s inspiring. His favorite quote is, “They don’t know me son.”

His favorite class is AG Mech, because you can learn something you’ll actually use in life. His favorite teacher is Mr. Ensz, because he’s the goat. After high school Panning plans on joining the workforce. We wish Logan a great year in his senior chapter!

Scheck is a senior at EHS. His family members are Brandi, Piper, Parker, and Korbin. Conner’s favorite book is “Everything Everything” because he loves how it has a plot twist. His favorite quote is, “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about Creating yourself.” — George Shaw.

His favorite teacher is Mrs. Fischer because she is always there for the students and she is very easy to talk to about things. his plan after high school is to try and get into underwater photography and get his scuba diving license. His advice for incoming students is to pay attention in class, get your work done on time, and maintain good grades in school. We  wish Conner a great year in his senior chapter.
