K.B. and Tammy Bell announce the engagement of their daughter Alisha Lynn Bell to Ryan Michael Markley, son of Mike Markley and Dawn Chizek.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Great Bend High School. She graduated from Barton Community College in 2009 with an associates degree. She graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Community Counseling. She is employed as a Family Preservation Therapist by KVC Kansas in Lawrence.
The prospective groom attended White City High School and in 2005 graduated from Centre High School in Lincolnville. He is employed as a Diesel Mechanic at Penny’s Concrete in Shawnee Mission.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 27, at Clinton Lake in Lawrence.
