Terry and Diane Frantz of Phillipsburg and Scott and Deborah Fall of Hays announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Dawn Fall, to Neil Andrew Ochs, son of Daniel and Joan Schmidt of Hoisington and Robert and Wendy Ochs of Enid, Okla.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, with a concentration in writing. She is employed by Benefit Management, LLC as a Premium Billing and Enrollment Specialist.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics, with an emphasis in media studies. He is employed by Benefit Management, LLC as a Business Development Specialist and Project Manager.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 24, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Hoisington.
