Tim and Brenda Friess announce the engagement of their daughter Kortney Friess to Chris Traylor, son of Mike Traylor and Dave Bump and Diane Traylor, all of El Dorado.
The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Great Bend High School. She attended Barton Community College from 2008 to 2010, playing softball for the college. She will graduate in May from the University of Kansas Medical Center with a masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Flint Hills High School. He is employed as a lineman for Midwest Energy in Great Bend.
The wedding is planned for July 12 at Botanical Gardens in Wichita.
