Hilton and Marie Glynn announce the engagement of their daughter, Hayley Deanna Glynn, to Derek Wayne Oswald, son of Lee and Melinda Oswald.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Hoisington High School. In 2012 she graduated from Kansas State University with a Master of Science in Animal Science. She is employed by Boehringer-Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. in St. Joseph, Mo.
The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Atchinson County Community High School. In 2011, he graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. He is employed by Armstrong Farms in Muscotah.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 26 at the Evangel United Methodist Church in Holton.
