Mark and Betty Hazlett announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachelle Dawn Hazlett, to Levi James Hapes, son of Jim and Kelly Hapes.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Great Bend High School. She graduated from Barton Community College in 2007 with a nursing degree. She is employed by Medical Park Home Equipment in Great Bend as a nurse.
The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Great Bend High School. He graduate from Tulsa Welding School in 2009. He is employed by Doonan’s in Great Bend in detail/welding.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 16 at St. Rose of Lima in Great Bend.
