Dave and Theresa Leiker, of Great Bend, announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Leiker, of Edmond, Okla., to Brendan Donnelly, of Edmond Okla., son of Roger and Christine Donnelly of Manchester, Mo.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2007 she graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. She is employed by Chesapeake Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City, Okla. as a production engineer.
The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of Parkway South High School. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. He is employed by Poole Fire Protection in Oklahoma City, Okla. as a fire protection engineer.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 8 at Coles Garden in Oklahoma City, Okla.
