Larry Rziha of Ponca City, Okla., and Deb Ficken of La Crosse announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorie A. Rziha of Olathe, to Vince W. Weston Jr. of Olathe, son of Vince and Dawn Weston of Leavenworth.
The bride-elect is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, and Baker University with a Masters in Business Administration. She is employed by Baker University.
The prospective groom is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He also served in the Army. He is employed by FedEx.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 10 at Danforth Chapel in Lawrence.
