Lisa Schultz and Curran Salter, both of Hoisington, announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Larry and Joyce Schultz of rural Lincoln and Steven and Terry Salter of McPherson.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lincoln High School. She graduated from Barton Community College with a degree in agri-business management. She will attend Salina Area Technical College in Salina this fall where she will earn a degree in dental assisting. She is employed by United Ag Service, Inc., in Hoisington as an administrative assistant.
The prospective groom is a graduate of McPherson High School. He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in wildlife biology. He is employed by USDA Wildlife Services as a wildlife biologist.
The wedding is planned for May 27, 2011, at Camp Aldrich.
