Darrin and Terri Sinclair announce the engagement of their daughter Kylie Sinclair to Alex Birney, son of Devin and Jennifer McMillen and Bryant and Clifann Birney.The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Great Bend High School. She graduated from Barton Community College with an Associates of Science and in 2014, from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is employed by Eye Care Center of Great Bend as a Patient Care Coordinator.The prospective groom is a 2010 graduate of Great Bend High School.
