Linda Stairrett, former resident of Jetmore, and Trention Schlotthauer, longtime resident of the Bushton/Ellinwood area, announce their engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Andy Stairrett, of Jetmore. She is the granddaughter of Jack and Edna Stairrett of Jetmore. The prospective groom is the son of David and Kim Schlotthauer and Kristen and Brian Stout, all of Ellinwood. He is the grandson of the late Pete and Pat Bieberle, Ronald Schlotthauer of Ellinwood and the late Ramona, Keith and Connie Rohrman of Arizona and Ron and Donna Stout of Alaska.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Dodge City High School.
The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Ellinwood High School.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 10 at the Bushton Community Center.
