Leroy and Tera Tiemeyer announce the engagement of their daughter Brooke Tiemeyer to Derek Stephenson, son of Taber and Penny Stephenson.
The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2015 she graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is employed as a staff accountant by Jack Cooper Transport in Kansas City, Mo.
The prospective groom is a 2011 graduate of Great Bend High School. In 2012 he graduated from Barton Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree. In 2014 he graduate from McPherson College with a Bachelors of Science degree. He is employed as a shop manager at Midwest Corvettes and Classics in Kearney, Mo.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 19.
