Scott and Kelly Timmins announce the engagement of their daughter Caitlin Timmins to Brad Klepper, son of Daryl and Janice Klepper of Great Bend.The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Hopewell Valley Regional High School. In 2011, she graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Masters in Public Health and in 2016 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
