Jake Ward of Great Bend and Kim Ward of Ellinwood announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Ward, to Joseph Broz, son of Pamela Salmans of Hartford City, Ind. Grandparents of the bride-elect are Dean and Judy Sateren of Ellinwood, Mary Ward of Great Bend, and the late Larry Ward. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Nolan and Janice Salmans of Hanston.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 9, 2014 in Ellinwood.
