RUSSELL — An opening reception for the Deines Fall Exhibition will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at 820 N. Main Street in Russell. Art from local and regional artists working in photography, ceramics and painting will be featured.  Artists include Mike Frost, Andrea Moreland and Evelyn Moreland of Russell and Petr Grigorev and Stephanie Keller of Dodge City.
