THE ZOO No matter how nerdy some people say magic is, the real story is that we love it. We love to be mesmerized by someone reading our mind, making objects disappear or defying gravity. But what does the animal kingdom think of illusions?

My guess is a rhino won't care for your card tricks, and a llama would likely spit on you if you made a handkerchief disappear, but it's a different story when it comes to this orangutan.

This video shows a man who has a long way to go before he hits David Copperfield status performing a trick for a friendly primate. When the object in the cup disappears the orangutan's reaction is priceless. I've watched the video several times, and for some reason I can't get enough of it. I totally want to hang out with this orangutan.
