The Pawnee Heights Players will present their annual Dinner Theater on Nov. 14. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. with the play Dead Men Don’t Need Dress Rehearsals starting at 7 p.m.
The play, written by William D. Nutt, starts out as the audience is in attendance at a dress rehearsal of Real Dead Men Don’t Eat Quiche, which has a little problem when the main actor is killed. A private detective still learning his trade and his assistant take over the stage and try to solve this crime. The play involves some audience participation.
Cast of Pawnee Heights students are: Seniors- Catera Hoffman, Colten Henbest, Kiersten Baier and Katie Alnor; Juniors- Micaela Polson, Ryan Klenke, Roger Klenke, and Spencer Van Meter; Sophomores- Regan Carlson, Bailey Seltmann, Caleb Karst, Allison Lupfer and Nicole Roberts; and Freshmen- Dalton Hamby and Josiah Carr.
Tickets for the Dinner Theater are being sold by the junior class as a fundraiser for prom and their senior trip, but you can call the office to reserve one. The play, it starts at 7 p.m., and there is no charge. The play is produced by special arrangement with Eldridge Publishing Company.
