RUSSELL — Season tickets are now available for the three Russell Community Theater productions to be presented in 2018, “Cheating Cheaters,” “The Nerd” and “A Bad Year for Tomatoes.”
Russell Community Theater is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, corporation that was organized in 1986. Its ultimate governing body is its stockholders. The theater’s Board of Directors is elected annually by the stockholders. The sole purpose of RCT is to produce theater for the community and surrounding area.
The theater is supported financially solely through the sale of tickets to its productions and by gifts from those supportive of community theater and the arts generally.
After years without a price increase, individual show tickets will increase to $12 this year. Season tickets will increase to $30, providing a substantial savings. Customizable gift certificates for individual show tickets and season tickets are also available.
To be considered an RCT gift giver, individuals or businesses may make donations at several levels beginning at $60.
