Caitlin Schilowsky of Great Bend has been selected to participate in the 2014 Miss Kansas USA/Teen USA Pageant on Dec. 21 and 22 in Wichita. She is the daughter of Paul Schilowsky of Hoisington and Sheila Schilowsky of Great Bend. She will be competing as Miss Sunflower State and will compete in swimsuit, evening gown and personal interview competitions. The pageant has two age divisions and the winners will go on to represent our state in the 2014 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA Pageant. The Miss USA Pageant system stress good morals, physical fitness, communication skills, social awareness and community involvement.
