League of Women Voters of Great Bend will meet at noon on Tuesday at the Walnut Bowl. Enter at north doors and go through double doors on the right. Lunch will be plated and served. Social distancing will be observed.

The speaker will be Kris Thexton, superintendent of USD 428 schools. He will be speaking on the possible options for the opening of schools in August. The floor is open to questions. 

Lunch will be available from the buffet or menu. Meetings are open to the public. League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state and local issues of importance. Membership is open to men and women.
