Rep. Dusty Johnson, R-S.D., introduced the “Adopt the Greenhouse gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy use in Transportation model Act” on Nov. 1, 2023. The text of the bill was released on Nov. 24.

H.R. 6152. A bill to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to update the modeling used for lifecycle greenhouse gas assessments for approved fuel pathways under the Renewable Fuel Standard, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. The bill is also cosponsored by Reps.
