Senior Friendship Meal

The following well-balanced and nutritious Friendship Meals will be served for lunch at the Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave. Meals are served with milk; donations for coffee and tea are accepted.
Choice of means you have the choice of entree but you have to sign up ahead of time for choice. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are not included in suggested contribution for meal.
For those 60 years and over, a contribution of $3 is suggested. Those under 60 are welcome, and pay full price of $5.00.
Take-out meals and frozen meals are now available.

Choice of polish sausage and sauerkraut or chicken strips, herbed green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, whole wheat roll, strawberries with pears
Tuesday, Nov. 2
Roast pork with gravy, corn, seasoned California blend vegetables, bread, blueberry crisp
Wednesday, Nov. 3
Choice of ham and beans or beef stew, cottage cheese, carrots, cornbread, creamy fruit salad
Thursday, Nov. 4
Baked ham with cranberry sauce, candied sweet potatoes, broccoli, whole wheat roll, cherry crisp
Friday, Nov. 5
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Oriental mixed vegetables, whole wheat roll, peaches
