Don and Kathy Pedigo will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Jan. 16 with a card shower.

Kathy Schwartz and Don Pedigo were united in marriage on Jan. 16, 1971, in Great Bend. Don is retired. Kathy is employed by Walgreen’s. The couple has three children, Brian and Carie Pedigo, Janell Pedigo and Michelle Pedigo and Mitch Burkes, all of Great Bend; and five grandchildren, Phane and Accacia Pedigo, Remmi and Rowley Burkes, and Nevaeh Pedigo.
