Women for Kansas Barton County Chapter presented Barton County Health Director Karen Winkleman, center, and her staff with a floral arrangement and framed motivational poster in appreciation of their tireless efforts of keeping the county’s citizens safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, while continuing all their other duties.
