Brack reunion

The 18th biennial Brack Reunion was held on Aug. 7, at the Rush Center Township Hall. Forty-five descendants registered under the families of Henry, John Peter, Johannes and Philip Brack.
Judi Brack Johnson welcomed all. A short business meeting was conducted along with the reading of the minutes of the previous reunion and the treasurer’s report. It was reported that the position of historian and also secretary/treasurer was still in need of volunteers to fill these positions. Prizes were presented for the eldest person in attendance, Zelda Brack; the oldest female in attendance, Zelda Brack; the oldest male in attendance, Delmer Seltmann; the couple who were married the longest, Harold and Norma Wagner; the youngest person in attendance, twins Jake and Ella Brack; and the person who traveled the farthest, Brian Hanson.

The next reunion will be held on Aug. 5, at the Rush Center Township Hall.
