Jamie Lee York and Mikey Lee Hester were united in marriage on Oct. 17, at City View Loft in Chicago, Ill. The groom is the son of Michael and Peggy Hester of Topeka. The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Victoria York of Mt. Vernon, Ill.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Saint Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus on Advertising. She is employed as an account supervisor with Leo Burnett.
The groom lived and attended school in Great Bend through the 7th grade. He graduated from Hays High School in 2005. In 2009, he graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Graphic Design.  He is a senior art director with Leo Burnett.
The couple honeymooned in Costa Rica and now reside in Chicago.
