Mr. and Mrs. Robinette

Heather Dawn Stos and 1st Lieutenant Christopher Michael Robinette were united in marriage on July 20, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend, in a double ring ceremony officiated by Father Don Bedore. The bride is the daughter of Leo and Charlotte Stos of Great Bend. The groom is the son of Larry and Linda Robinette of Cedar Vale. Grandparents of the bride are Melba Stos of Great Bend and the late Leo A. Stos and the late Lester and Patty Sell. Grandparents of the groom are Grace Robinette of Coeburn, Va. and the late Hank Robinette and the late Bob and Margie Behrens.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless Oleg Cassini gown of ivory lace. The gown featured a strapless satin bodice with beaded embroidery, organza ball gown skirt, and chapel train, and was complemented by a cathedral length veil. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of red roses and calla lilies.
Maid of honor was Caitlyn Murray of Great Bend. Bridesmaids were Margaret Baer of Dallas, Texas, Alison Manthei of Kansas City, Mo., Tera Giesen and Mandy Stos, sister of the bride, both of Great Bend. They wore one-shoulder sat in short gowns in apple and carried a hand-tied bouquet of white calla lilies.
Best man was Scott Bulin of Bartlesville, Okla.
Groomsmen were Alex Skov of Winfield, Nicholas de Souza of Kansas City, Mo., Trey Giesen of Great Bend, and Will Narron of Belle Plaine.
Flower girl was Kinley Stos, cousin of the bride, of Great Bend. Ring bearer was Blake Suppes, cousin of the bride, of Great Bend.
The bride is a graduate of Great Bend High School. She graduated cum laude from Kansas State University with Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Leadership Studies. She is employed by Materials Transportation Company in Temple, Texas.
The groom is a graduate of Junction City Senior School. He graduated Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Criminology. He is currently serving in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant and is stationed at Fort Hood, Texas.
The couple will reside in Temple, Texas and plan to take a honeymoon at a later date.
