Bike & Hike with the Birds at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge

Quivira National Wildlife Refuge in Stafford County will hold its fourth annual Bike & Hike with the Birds the morning of Sept. 25. Events start at 8 and 9 a.m.

Choose from 45 mile, 14 mile and 3 mile routes. Participants can enjoy nature and watching birds as they bike or hike.

Mountain bikes are recommended for gravel roads. Multiple SAG (support and gear) stops will be available.

Registration is $5 for the 3 mile, and $15 for the others. Participants are encouraged collect donations for the Stafford County Hospital. Several prizes will be awarded.
