The next American Red Cross blood donation opportunity in Barton County will be Friday, Oct. 4, at the St. Rose Ambulatory & Surgery Center, 3515 Broadway, Great Bend, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Blood donations will also be accepted from 2-6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14, at the Hoisington Activity Center, 1200 Susank Road, in Hoisington.
Other upcoming blood donation opportunities in central Kansas include:
• Sept. 24 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Ness County Fair Building, 302 West Nevada St. in Ness City;
• Oct. 7 from 2-6:30 p.m. at the Edwards County Fair Building, 1305 S. Niles in Kinsley; and
• Oct. 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Stafford High School, 430 E. Broadway in Stafford.
