St. Francis Community Services will offer a free 10-week course for individuals interested in becoming foster parents. Classes start this week and will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Thursdays at the St. Francis office, 1508 Main, Great Bend. The course is required by the state of Kansas before becoming a foster parent.
